The Tecnoeka combination steamer Evolution Next is a modern, efficient and reliable device, ideal for practically all cooking and baking needs. The fans ensure even heat distribution . The furnace body and chamber are made of AISI 304 stainless steel . The sturdy "L" shaped guides allow you to place 4 GN 1/1 trays (not included). The distance between the guides is 73 mm . The door of the device is two-layer glass , gravity ventilation and opens from above. Two fans are self-reversing, with 2 speeds (main and reduced). The oven has a modern control panel with colorful icons . Irrigation is direct, 10 levels and electronically controlled. Controllers are cooled. The device has a pre-heating function up to 180°C. The oven is programmable, it has 99 programs, each with 4 steps. The temperature is adjustable in the range of 30-260°C .
