Tecnoeka Millennial Smart Gastro combined steamer is a modern kitchen appliance with a smaller cooking chamber, especially recommended for professional catering. The oven allows you to prepare food in dry, hot air or using the steam function. The oven has guides for 5 GN 1/1 containers (not included). The body is made only of stainless steel . The steam function has 5 adjustment levels. The device is equipped with effective insulation, which allows you to save electricity. The time is adjustable in the range of 10-120 min or without a break . The outer glass of the oven is cooled by gravity . The oven is controlled electromechanically using 3 knobs . The temperature is adjustable in the range of 100-270°C . The oven has a safety door function - a lock that opens at an angle of 60°, 90°, 120° and 180° prevents burns due to door movement. The double-glazed chamber door and LED lighting make it easier to control the processes in the oven. The door has a hinge on the right side. Convenient opening of the inner door glass facilitates cleaning. The door seal is made of thick and durable silicone and is easy to replace. A drain under the door prevents condensation from dripping. The embossed oven chamber has rounded corners that facilitate cleaning. The tightness factor is IPX4. Adjustable feet allow for perfect alignment. Connection to electricity, purified water and sewage is necessary.
