A heating element with a power of 2000 W heats the dishes evenly from below, and a 900 W halogen lamp from above. The Bemar has a stepless temperature control function and the ability to rearrange and change the GN containers.
Made of high-quality stainless steel, resistant to mechanical damage and long-term contamination. Stability is ensured by adjustable feet with non-slip rubber. The device also has a special faucet for draining liquids.
