Made in Italy, the electric slicer features a powerful motor that allows you to cut hard sausages, cheeses, meat and fish (boneless). The cutting thickness is adjustable from 0 to 16 mm. The built-in sharpener ensures constant efficiency of the cutting disc. The engine is air-cooled and has overheating protection. The body of the device is made of aluminum, the working plate is made of pressed aluminum sheet, and the knives are made of stainless steel. The device meets all safety requirements for professional use: setting the cutting thickness adjustment knob to the "0" position holds the knife behind its guard, protection against turning on when the sharpener or knife guard is removed, the ability to block and remove the trolley only when the knife is set to the "0" thickness position, knife guard with a firmly attached ring. The steel holder can be removed and washed in the dishwasher, which makes it easier to maintain hygiene. Maximum size of the product to be cut: 310 x 260 mm.
