HOW TO PREPARE HOMEMADE BUTTER?
1. Pour the cream (preferably homemade or 30% from the store) into a jar and add a pinch of salt.
2. Close the jar and turn the crank until the buttermilk separates.
3. Unscrew the lid, pour out the buttermilk and put the butter in a bowl with cold water.
4. Knead the butter like a dough, then pour the resulting buttermilk.
5. Put the butter in a butter container (it can be stored in the refrigerator for no longer than a week).
