The electric two-chamber fryer Royal Catering can fry fries, meat, fish or onion rings in a short time thanks to the efficient heating elements, each with a power of 3200 W. Thermostats controlled by two convenient knobs are responsible for maintaining the right temperature (50-200°C) . The integrated timer allows you to set a working time of up to 60 minutes. Indicator lights allow you to quickly check if the oil has warmed up.

The pan has two chambers with a total capacity of 20 liters , which can hold up to 10 liters of oil in total. In addition, there is a so-called cold zone at the bottom of the tanks. Thanks to it, the remains of fried food do not burn, which guarantees the excellent taste and quality of dishes. The pan also has drain taps , which make it easier to drain the fat from the reservoirs.

The safety of the user is ensured by the system responsible for turning off the heater when it is tilted back. In addition , a built-in fuse protects the device from overheating .

Made of stainless steel , the fryer is resistant to mechanical damage and corrosion . Steel is also safe for health because it does not react with food. Rubber feet ensure the stability of the device during operation and do not scratch the work surface.

The set includes baskets with non-heated handles to protect against burns. Baskets can be hung freely using special handles to drain excess fat from fried food. The pan also has lids that protect the inside from dirt. Baskets and lids are dishwasher safe.
