The professional Hendi series Profi Line induction pan is a vessel that can be used in restaurants, hotels, bars and other institutions and catering establishments. It is characterized by high work quality and up to 30% energy saving.

The body of the pan is made of solid cast aluminum and covered with Whitford® Xylan coating, which prevents food from sticking and is resistant to temperatures up to 250 degrees C. The structure of the pan is enriched with a titanium layer between the aluminum and the non-stick coating, which makes it much more resistant to mechanical damage.
