Currently, the varnish meter GL-PRO-2 is available in three versions:
– GL-PRO-2-F , measurement only on steel sheets;
– GL-PRO-2-FA , measurement on steel and aluminum sheets (automatic recognition of materials);
– GL-PRO-2-FAZ , measurement on steel and aluminum sheets (automatic material identification with zinc coating detection function on steel sheet).

GL-PRO-2 series meters are solutions based on modern 32-bit processors . As a result, a fast and accurate measurement was obtained using a 12-bit converter.

The counters use an innovative design of the measuring probe, which allows you to perform point measurements on ferromagnetic and non-magnetic materials (depending on the version), automatically recognize the material being tested and inform about the type of material on the screen. A distinguishing feature of the GL-PRO-2-FAZ counters is the automatic recognition of whether the ferromagnetic sheet is coated with a zinc layer or not . This is very important when measuring on the car - it will tell us which body parts have been replaced with cheaper non-galvanized ones. The probe was completely developed by us.

The gauge has a calibration function according to thickness standards (included).

The counters have a color, easy-to-read 1.8-inch LCD screen that displays current measurements, measurement statistics and all necessary functions. Control is performed using a 4-button keyboard and an additional trigger, which illuminates the measurement area when pressed.
