Adjustable height saddle - ergonomics

Equip your workplace with another ergonomic product. Sella is an alternative to standard office chairs, unlike which it provides complete freedom of movement. Perfect for adjustable desks.

The Sella saddle means less pressure on the pelvic areas

The pressure caused by sitting on classic chairs negatively affects the activity of the pelvis, coccyx and genitals. The problems listed above can contribute to internal health problems. Tendency to lean back in a chair does not keep your back straight, which causes back problems. On a one-piece saddle, the pressure on the pelvic opening is even stronger. We instinctively try to avoid this by tilting our pelvis back, which results in a bent position. If someone already has problems with back pain, lounging can become painful and the result can be numbness caused by too much pressure. Sitting on a two-piece saddle chair,   pressure is exerted on the bones responsible for sitting,   as a result, we relax the soft tissues, so we can sit in a comfortable position for longer, and the blood flow remains undisturbed.

Neutral body position

Thanks to Stella saddles, we can get much closer to...   neutral body posture that does not require muscle strength. In the 1980s, NASA developed Human-System Integration Standards (MSIS), which contain a set of guidelines for human posture in microgravity environments. A neutral posture has been shown to reduce the need for support, reduce muscle and bone tension, and reduce pressure on the diaphragm and spine. In addition, the neutral curvature of the spine does not experience mechanical stress. Below we can see examples of neutral attitudes.
