Gravel Endurance Casing (Tubeless TNT): Gravel Endurance Casing (Tubeless TNT): The Gravel Endurance is a rugged gravel variant of the Vittoria. Designed for the toughest gravel trails, this frame uses an additional layer of 120 TPI nylon on the sidewall of the tire to prevent cuts and punctures. the tubeless construction provides resistance and strength without too much impact on weight. BREAKER - flexible anti-puncture tape reduces the probability of unwanted double punctures and cuts in the center of the tread.



TNT (Tubes No Tubes): TLR tubeless tire with reinforced sidewalls. The tire can be used safely with both tubeless and traditional tubeless systems. It increases durability and resistance to cuts, as well as ensuring Vittoria's legendary smooth ride quality. The TNT tire has two layers of nylon placed on both sidewalls. These layers are very important in protecting the tire casing from punctures and cuts caused by stones and thorns.



GRAPHENE Technology in Tires: Graphene is an innovative material that Vittoria uses in tire compounds to improve tire performance. Graphene is the thinnest material in the world, but also one of the strongest materials ever used for a consumer. Graphene, made up of a single layer of hexagonally shaped carbon atoms, interacts with the rubber by filling the space between the rubber molecules. It acts like a magnet, bringing the rubber molecules closer together and improving the overall structure of the rubber. The main properties of graphene are: thinness, strength, flexibility, lightness. When it comes to MTB tires, GRAPHENE 2.0 improves wet grip across all product lines.



Nylon carcass: Nylon is a strong and durable man-made fiber traditionally used to make strong tire casings. Nylon threads are not as fine as cotton threads, so there are fewer threads per inch. The advantages of nylon sheaths are that they are strong and durable, which increases the wear life of the sheath. However, since it is a synthetic fiber, it is not as elastic (soft/flexible) as cotton.
