Fast and secure user identification using DESFire® technology, which is based on the international ISO 14443 standard and combines comprehensive 128-bit encryption and protection. This technology is also used in European capital transport systems and NASA's access systems.
The smart security control panel allows you to create your own scripts. For example, when the alarm is activated, the system turns off the lights, water and electrical appliances or closes the blinds at the push of a button.
Quick and easy user onboarding
Ajax systems support up to 200 tokens or cards. No need to create Ajax accounts for new users, just specify the device and define access permissions.
Versatile anti-burglary system:
Users and security receive a notification when the keyboard is removed from the cradle. Blocking by guessing the password: three incorrect codes entered in a row blocks the keyboard and activates the alarm. If an attempt is made to use an invalid card or token, the system triggers an alarm. Synchronization intervals: the system detects the loss of connection with the keyboard in less than a minute. In the event of a burglary, as soon as an attempt to disable the system is detected, a silent alarm is sent to the monitoring station. The "alarm (or forced) code" allows you to simulate a shutdown without raising the suspicion of the criminal, but the alarm signal is instantly transmitted to the central monitoring station.
Remote access control:
Set personal passwords to know who shut down the system and when: the user name appears in the notification and event log. A card or token can also be assigned to a specific user with defined permissions to manage the security of certain groups or the entire area. The Ajax application allows you to manage access permissions in real time. You can limit, extend or block access instantly.
Exceptional autonomy
Brand new software takes full advantage of pre-installed batteries. Even with daily use of the contactless identification function, the keyboard will work without changing batteries for 3.5 years. With the card and token reader off, the battery life is 4.5 years. The keypad will alert the monitoring station and users in advance of the need to replace the batteries.
Easy installation
This keyboard is connected and configured in Ajax applications. No need to disassemble the case or insert batteries. It can be added to the system by simply scanning the QR code. An installation engineer only needs to test the device, add cards and set access permissions.
Note: The wireless control keyboard Ajax KeyPad Plus is not a stand-alone device. To get the most out of it, it must be connected to the Ajax Hub. You also need to have a smart device with Android 4.1, iOS 9 or later versions of these operating systems.
