The Royal Catering electric chopper allows you to cut and grind vegetables, fruits or cheese. It is suitable for restaurants, hotels, bars, canteens and households. The device has two holes for placing food products . The round opening is for long and narrow vegetables (e.g. carrots, parsley). Oval is suitable for larger items of various shapes (including potatoes, beets, zucchini). The device is also suitable for cutting some fruits and cheeses. Five interchangeable cutting discs allow you to quickly and precisely cut ingredients into chips (3, 4.5 and 7 mm) and slices (2 and 4 mm). Thanks to the efficient 750 W motor, the disc rotates at a high speed of 300 rpm. The knives are made of stainless steel, suitable for contact with food, biologically neutral, corrosion-resistant, mechanically durable and easy to clean. They retain their luster even after decades of use. The aluminum body makes the shredder lightweight and resistant to corrosion and wear. The mentioned properties are perfect for professional kitchens. Non-slip feet prevent it from sliding on the work surface.
