Thick yoga mat for extra comfort
The Tuntur 8mm yoga mat is ideal for all forms of yoga where you do a lot of lying or sitting poses, such as yin yoga, yoga nidra and meditation. This is because the mat is thicker than "regular" yoga mats (3-4 mm), which provides extra comfort and allows you to relax faster. Ideal when hard floors easily cause discomfort at home or in the gym.
