Sony RMT-P1BT Remote control

BLUETOOTH wireless technology

Bluetooth connectivity ensures reliable remote control even in bright sunlight or when there are obstacles between the control device and the camera. Two-way communication allows for additional functionality that would not be possible with the sending device alone, such as a status indicator directly on the remote control.

Professional reliability

The RMT-P1BT delivers the reliable performance you need for professional use, with seamless Bluetooth connectivity and adaptive button control. By relying more on wireless than optics, full reliability and controllability are ensured even when there are obstacles in the field of view.

The response is clearly visible

A highly visible LED indicator blinks or lights continuously to indicate shutter, movie and AF status. This is an obvious advantage in cases where the operator cannot directly access the controlled camera.

Perfect for tough conditions

The RMT-P1BT works by communicating with the camera's built-in Bluetooth receiver, eliminating the need for a wired connection or additional receiver. Camera connector covers can be left closed for maximum protection against dust and moisture2, further increasing overall system reliability.

Precise control for efficient shooting

Precise button control and clear tactile feedback are combined with an advanced ergonomic design for confident and adaptive control. The control unit is designed to be easy to hold and use, with smooth and error-free operation.

Comprehensive management

Key camera controls include a focus button to control even subtle focus changes, lock switch to prevent accidental activation during transport, movie record/stop and motorized/digital zoom. In addition, there are two customizable buttons that replicate the functions of the C1 and AF-ON buttons on the camera body.
