At NAB 2022, Aputure unveiled a prototype of its new MC Pro. It's basically a brighter, higher-quality version of the existing Aputure MC. Aputure now clearly divides its products into two categories: Pro and Regular. This constant light lamp is classified as "Pro". Aputure MC Pro is the world's smallest pocket LED light with full RGB.
3 TIMES BRIGHTNESS
The MC Pro is a compact (108 x 70 x 25mm, 225g) 7W RGBWW fixture that is about 40% brighter than the current MC. Aputure claims an output of 1,346 lux at a distance of 50 cm / 19.68 inches. The MC Pro uses the same RGBWW technology found in the Nova series and the LS 600c Pro. This fixture comes with a magnetic accessory holder, a flat diffuser, a curved diffuser, a 30° honeycomb grid and a ball head with magnetic attachment. Like the current MC, the MC Pro is also available with an 8-bulb charging kit. 
GREAT IMPROVEMENTS
The new MC Pro features several updates that make the small light even more attractive: 40% brighter output than the original MC; a narrower beam angle that, combined with higher power, gives the MC Pro 3 times the light rating of the original MC, an expanded color temperature range, now from 2000 to 10,000 Kelvin; magnetic front allows for quick attachment of diffusion or mesh panels; fully tunable RGB and capable of producing over 1 billion colors. Like the original MC, the MC Pro is Sidus Link compatible, meaning it can be controlled wirelessly with all other Sidus-compatible lights from Aputure.
