The grinding thickness is adjustable in the gravity grinder, the durable and efficient grinding mechanism is made of ceramics. The grinder does not have a button, to grind peppercorns or salt crystals, simply turn the grinder 180 degrees from its normal position and the grinding mechanism will start automatically. Use the knob on the grinder bowl to adjust the degree. Turning the knob counterclockwise will increase the thickness of the ground peppercorns or salt crystals. To reduce their thickness, turn the knob in the opposite direction.
