Peugeot Line Natural salt mill, 18 cm, wood/aluminum

The Peugeot Line Natural salt mill is a visualist's choice. It combines wood and a metal shaped frame in a wonderful way. The mill is easy to fill by unscrewing the knob and removing the hat part of the mill.

Peugeot mills are partly made by hand in eastern France, in a small town called Quingey. The mills are known for their quality and durability. Due to the quality, spice grinders are very popular even among top chefs.

Instructions for use and care:

• Fill the salt mill by unscrewing the knob and removing the cap. After filling, put the cap back in place and screw the knob closed
• When grinding, rotate the top of the grinder only clockwise. Twisting back and forth does not crush the spices
• You can clean the mill by wiping it with a dry, soft cleaning cloth. The grinder must not be put in the dishwasher or washed by hand
• Only use dry, hard and uniformly crystalline milled salt intended for the mill
• Do not use a salt grinder to grind pepper or other spices
