Arcos knives are professional-grade tools with great value for money. Knives made in the province of Albacete since 1745, the knife is made of Nitrum stainless steel with a hardness of C56 on the Rockwell scale. The steel is made in Spain.
The handle of the Arcos knife is made of moisture-resistant polyoxymethylene (POM) plastic and its stainless steel rivets. The handles are cast and attached to knives at Arcos' own factory.
High-quality kitchen knives should never be washed in the dishwasher, we recommend washing and drying immediately after use. All solutions in which the blade of the knives is not in contact with other metal objects are suitable for storage.
