Gymnastic roller ZIPRO Exercise Wheel, black-green

The ZIPRO gymnastics roller is the perfect complement to your current exercise equipment. The seemingly simple activity of rolling the wheel across the floor actually involves a lot more muscle than you might think. However, it's a very rewarding effort that produces great results in a short time. The benefits extend to virtually all muscles, especially the abdomen, back, arms, shins, thighs and buttocks.
