Dobot Magician Lite is a multifunctional robotic arm. It allows students to interact with both software and hardware, maximizing their freedom to create various projects. While playing and creating, students learn how artificial intelligence and robotic mechanics work. The device can be controlled, among other things, from a USB port or wirelessly using Bluetooth. The robotic arm also has interchangeable tips that can be easily changed to allow the Magician Lite to perform a variety of functions. It can be used as a suction cup, soft gripper or pen mount. Dobot Magician Lite is a compact 2.4 kg arm, which makes it portable and facilitates the creation of various application scenarios. Its position repeatability is 0.2 mm, its lifting capacity is 250 g, and its arm reach is 340 mm. The robot is equipped with a collision detection function, which ensures the safety of children playing near it.
