Gymba massage balls are included with the Gymba activation board. Together with the Gymba activation board, massage balls further improve your health. Massage balls relieve muscle pain, stiffness, stress, tension states and enhance blood circulation. The use of gymba massage balls should be started calmly in short periods, gradually increasing the use according to the sensations. There are two different hardnesses of massage balls, as each body part reacts to different hardnesses differently.
The main advantages of the gym are:
