Delta PULL KIT FOR PULL LEVEL I MK-1.5/ODC-2

The pullers are designed to be installed between the 7th and 8th grid element.

Set contents: 3x Flange, 18x Screw M8x40 with nut, 6x Rope protection ø5mm, 3x Steel rope ø5mm, 15m - one end locked, with spare, 9x Rope clamp ø5mm, 3x Clamp 0.75T, 3x Rope tensioner M10 loop - loop.

Login Procedure:.

1. The flange is screwed between the 2 mast sections MK-1.5 (between the 7th and 8th grid element).

2. Through the mounting hole in the flange, we extend the clamp with a pin towards the stem.

3. We attach the tension rope to the clamp with a closed end (where the rope protection is installed).

4. We extend the free end of the rope (the one where there is no rope protection) through the rope protection placed on the rope tensioner.

5. The free end of the rope tensioner is attached to the foundation through a loop (the attachment element depends on the anchoring - on the customer's side).

6. We select the slack on the rope, put 3 rope clamps and tighten.

It should be remembered that the first clamp must be "loosely" pulled as close as possible to the rope protection - so that the rope fits nicely in the entire chain and only then tighten. Failure to select the slack may cause the rope to slip from the rope guard and may not connect properly, or the rope may fray over time.

The clamps should be separated from each other by about 30cm, and the remaining stock of the rope is cut or twisted as a spare - as it may be needed when changing or moving the mast attachments.

7. We complete the procedure by grabbing the remaining slack with a rope tensioner and lightly tensioning the rope (approximately 100kg maximum force).

A significant excess of rope tension can deform the mast hinge (steel triangle) or break the threads of the steel hooks/anchors in the foundation.

The set has been designed with long-term rope corrosion correction in mind - the strength of the new set is 800kg per rope.
