Real-time clock (RTC) module from Adafruit. It features a DS3231 chip with an integrated quartz resonator and temperature compensation, which significantly improves the accuracy of the module. The DS3231 has an accuracy of ±3.5 ppm (±0.3024 seconds per day). The DS3231 I2C RTC clock module also has a battery slot, allowing the module to maintain high timekeeping accuracy even when the main power source of the device is lost.
