ROSA-Flex 96A is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). It is designed for intermediate 3D printer users who want to start printing with flexible materials. ROSA-Flex 96A does not require a closed chamber and easily adheres to many work surfaces (e.g. glass, smooth PEI, textured PEI, aluminum).

ROSA-Flex 96A has excellent adhesion between layers. The TPU filament is perfect for applications requiring elements that are resistant to chemical reagents and mechanical damage. The prints can be compressed and stretched many times without permanently changing their original shape. You can use it to print a protective smartphone case in one of many bright colors.

ROSA-Flex 96A is a durable technical material, resistant to oils, greases and many solvents.

In addition, ROSA-Flex 96A filament is made from components approved for food contact in accordance with FDA 21CFR177.2600 and Commission (EU) 10/2011 as amended. Certification of products that come into contact with food is the responsibility of the manufacturer of the final product.

HOW TO PRINT
Recommended printing temperature 220-250 °C
Recommended bearing temperature: 30-60°C
Recommended cooling: 50-100% (depends on model geometry)
Recommended printing speed: 15-50 mm/s (we recommend starting slowly and gradually trying to increase the speed)
Suitable for printing on base materials: glass, smooth PEI, textured PEI, aluminum.
