WS8WS8 is a high-quality windscreen that can be used with any RØDE small diaphragm condenser microphone (or "pencil microphone"). Designed for use in windy recording environments, the WS8 combines open-cell foam with an outer layer of acoustically transparent synthetic fur. The rubber backing prevents wind noise from entering the rear of the microphone pickup area.
