In addition, DAB+ offers additional services that are not available on analogue radio. Examples:
- SPI – i.e. program manager
– Slideshow – the ability to present images, such as album covers, etc.
- Journaline - extensive text service

The biggest advantage of DAB+ is the ability to change the sound quality depending on the bitrate of the data stream used. By using a lower bitrate for a program that is mainly based on talk and interviews, the excess can be used to improve the quality of a music program, for example, for classical music. This also includes the use of a 5.1 sound system

Digital radio also means ease of use. DAB+ receivers display a list of available programs from which we select the program we are interested in. The program list is set automatically, so we do not have to focus on finding the right "frequency".
