PrimaCreator nFEP combines the properties of FEP and PTFE to provide the ultimate non-stick surface. This reduces the risk of your objects coming off the build plate and getting stuck in the reservoir. This reduces the risk of failed prints.
Because objects are less likely to stick to the film, less force is required to lift the build plate during each cure cycle, putting less strain on your printer's motor. There's also less stress and bending motion on the nFEP sheet itself, so it lasts longer before it wears out.
Additionally, nFEP sheet is smoother than regular FEP, ensuring the best printing quality.
PrimaCreator nFEP film sheets are made of high quality material to ensure high light transmittance and good reliability. To protect the sheet from wrinkling and scratches, each sheet is covered with a protective film on both sides and packed in a sturdy cardboard box.
This nFEP sheet can be easily cut to fit almost any 3D printer.
Remove the protective film from both sides of the FEP sheet before use.
One roll (30 x 160 cm) is enough for 16 sheets for 5.5" - 6.1" LCD printers (140 x 200 mm); 8 sheets for 8.9" LCD printers (200 x 260 mm); 6 sheets for 10.1" LCD printers (240 x 300 mm); 4 sheets for 13.3" LCD printers (260 x 380 mm).
