The compact SparkFun Teensy 4.1 board features an ARM Cortex-M7 processor with an NXP iMXRT1062 chip, four times the Flash memory of the Teensy 4.0, and two new slots for additional memory. The Teensy 4.1 is the same size and shape as the 3.6 version, and offers more I/O capabilities, including an Ethernet PHY, a microSD card slot, and a USB port.
