This pasta and dumpling cooker is perfect for preparing various dishes, including vegetables. The upper part of the body is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the rest of the body without the countertop is made of AISI 430. The tank is made of AISI 316 stainless steel, its capacity is 10 liters. The heater is built into the bottom of the chamber with protection. The device has a direct connection to the water supply. There is a fresh water valve knob on the front of the control panel. The temperature is regulated by a knob from 30°C to 120°C. A control light signals when the set temperature is reached. The device has a removable used water drain pipe and a basket holder for draining the contents. A mechanical lock prevents accidental opening of the drain valve. For safety, the device has overheating protection with reset on the front of the control panel. The set includes 2 baskets measuring 100x292x(H)158 mm and a lid. The device is supplied without a plug. The base of the device is closed on three sides, made of stainless steel AISI430. The feet are adjustable from 100 to 160 mm, allowing the device to be placed even on uneven surfaces.
