The Japanese mandolin is a high quality product made in Japan. It ensures professional cutting precision, allowing you to quickly and evenly cut vegetables into thin slices or decorations. The mandolin has one built-in flat blade and the slicing thickness is easily adjustable from 1 to 5 mm. Due to its wider working surface, it is ideal for larger vegetables such as zucchini, cabbage or eggplant. The blade is made of stainless steel SUS 420J2, and the body is made of ABS plastic. For safety, the mandolin has a finger guard. It is not recommended to wash in the dishwasher.
