Ideal for high-performance kitchens and the food industry. The 600mm long 18/10 stainless steel handle ensures durability and longevity. The mixer can move in different directions, has an adjustable height and is mounted on a trolley with 4 non-slip wheels, 2 of which have brakes. The safety lever allows you to lock the handle with one hand. Easy-to-reach, water-resistant, hinged control panel. Two-level speed regulation: 750 and 1500 rpm. The mixer has a built-in timer of up to 60 minutes. The turbine, guard, disc and tip are easily removable and dishwasher safe. A safety microswitch prevents the turbine from operating when the handle is too high or too low. Electrical wires are hidden in the frame of the stroller. Can be used with 3 additional and easily replaceable mixing sieves (not included).
