Instructions for use:

Sharpening knives :

• Select SHARPEN and insert the knife into the sharpening slot. Gently pull the knife along the entire length of the blade.
• Use DAILY PREP (medium coarse sharpening) to maintain the knife.
• Finally, select DAILY FINE to remove any imperfections on the blade.

Sharpening scissors :

• Select SCISSORS and insert the cutting edge of the scissors into the sharpening hole, pull back until the scissors are sharp.

Sharpening bread knives :

• Select BREAD KNIFE, insert the knife into the sharpening hole and pull lightly along the entire length of the blade.

Important notes :

Do not wash the sharpener in the dishwasher or immerse it in water.
