Do not use solvents or acids.- Check the zero position and, if necessary, adjust the fixed key so that the line "0" on the drum coincides with the horizontal line of the scale. Measuring method:- The drum can only be turned after unlocking the clamp.- Move the measuring surfaces a little wider than the measured object.- Then rotate the drum coarsely, then continue to tighten by turning the friction clutch knob.- Stop tightening when the clutch is engaged, that is, the drum will not rotate when you continue to turn the knob.- Read the measurement result according to the measurement principle shown in the picture. Before starting the measurement, it is recommended to install measured element or micrometer. This will achieve the highest measurement accuracy. It is also recommended to perform several measurements to obtain the arithmetic average of the results.
