Use it
The intuitive touch screen makes every operation extremely easy. You can quickly set the dose in grams, program single and double doses. The hands-free fork fits every filter holder.
Grinding
Mignon is recommended for espresso grinding. To set the roughness, simply turn the micrometer adjustment knob. Although it is stepless, it has a scale on it which makes the whole process a lot easier. Grinding is precise and consistent. The key element here is the 55mm hardened steel core. The result is about 1.4-1.8g/s.
How it is built
The Mignon is also well-designed and well-customized. It is available in a variety of colors. The body is made of metal, so it is durable. The transparent plastic hopper holds up to 300g of beans.
Additional features:
- 310 watt / 1350 rpm motor.
- ACE system to reduce adhesion and electrostatics.

- Made in Italy.
