Kõik toote kohta
The Levenhuk Rainbow 2L Moonstone Microscope is the easiest way to make learning really fun. With this microscope, children will be able to study houseplants in detail, find out what lives in a drop of water and determine how money paper differs from ordinary paper - and many other interesting things. The microscope comes with everything you need to perform your first biological experiment. The bright and stylish design of this model will add more color to the interior of the child's room. But much more important is that it will not be just an interior detail, but will be a favorite tool for learning and entertainment.
High quality optics
Optical elements are made of special very transparent glass. To ensure image clarity and brightness, the lenses are coated with several layers of anti-reflective coating. Three lenses built into the model ensure the ability to zoom in 40-400 times. All you need to do to change the zoom is to turn the rotating nozzle.
A wide selection of observable samples
Like most entry-level biological microscopes, the Levenhuk Rainbow 2L Moonstone Microscope is an excellent choice for observing transparent specimens - you can study, for example, a thin peel of a houseplant or a piece of a housefly. To begin observation, place the specimen on the microscope base, secure with the base holders, and turn on the bottom light. But that's not all! Thanks to the overhead lighting, you can observe opaque objects such as coins or cloth. The microscope is also great for viewing semi-transparent specimens - just turn on both lights. The brightness of the illumination is easily adjustable, which allows you to set the optimal level of illumination for any selected sample.
Ergonomic design
The body of the microscope is made of plastic, so although it is quite strong, it weighs much less than a metal microscope, which makes it easy to transport. For additional comfort during observations, the head of the microscope is tilted at an angle of 45 degrees. The head also rotates 360 degrees around its axis, which is especially convenient when several observers work with one microscope at the same time. The device can be powered from an electrical outlet (convenient at home and at school) or with the help of batteries (perfect for outdoor observations).
Warning: Please follow the correct voltage requirements in the specification table and do not attempt to connect a 110V appliance to a 220V outlet and vice versa without a voltage converter. It is necessary to remember that the voltage in the network in the USA and Canada is usually 110V and 220-240V - in many European countries.
Fun experiments
The microscope comes with the Levenhuk K50 Experiment Kit, which includes everything you might need to perform interesting microscope experiments – you can observe pre-prepared slides and then create your own microscope specimens with the included tools. The colorful guide in the kit will help you do just that. The manual contains information about the structure of the microscope, useful tips and descriptions of experiments.
