Cederroth's eyewash liquid has a neutralizing effect on the pH value of the eye, i.e. it has a neutralizing effect on alkali and acid splashes, so it gives a faster final result than with ordinary saline solution. It usually affects bases more strongly than acids. Shelf life 4.5 years. If a calcium-containing substance (cement, concrete or lime) is involved in the accident, the eye can be safely rinsed with Cederroth's eyewash, as it is 100% phosphate-free.

Investment
Cederroth eyewash bottles can be placed in several different ways and are therefore suitable for all workplaces. It is best to store the bottle in the wall holder intended for it.

A generous rinse
After the accident, it is of the utmost importance to start rinsing the eye immediately, within the first few seconds. Cederroth eye wash enables quick and abundant rinsing. The irrigation cup directs the liquid directly into the eye, and the liquid does not go to waste, and at the same time helps to keep the eye open.

Better chance to save the eyes
While Cederroth buffered eyewash dilutes and washes away the dangerous substance, it also has a neutralizing effect on alkali and acid splashes. The effect is usually stronger against bases than against acids. Unbuffered eyewash only dilutes the acid/base and washes it out, requiring both more liquid and a longer rinsing time.

Dust-protected rinsing cup
The dust cover keeps the rinsing cup always clean and pleasant to use. The dust cover also functions as a bottle opener.
