Having conquered the air, technology now turns its gaze in another direction and takes us deeper below the surface with Chasing's new underwater, professional M2 drone.

The Chasing M2 is a lightweight underwater ROV/drone designed for professional users and industrial use. The design makes it excellent for hull and dock inspection, underwater construction, and search and rescue operations. The M2's new features include more and stronger motors, an improved camera, improved image quality, and the ability to attach a laser rangefinder, robotic grapple, or other 1.5kg accessory to help you with your work.

Despite its light weight of 4.5 kg, the M2 has an eight-drive propeller layout that allows OMNI movement in all directions. It can travel at speeds of up to 3 knots, dive down to 100 meters and operate within a radius of 200 meters.

The push motors are equipped with non-stuck motor technology, which reduces the probability of failures when the motor gets stuck in the sand. This allows the pilot to operate safely and reliably in all kinds of complex underwater environments.

The M2's camera offers 4K image quality with an f/1.8 aperture and is equipped with a 1/2.3" SonyCMOS sensor and electronic image stabilization that greatly improves the camera's low light and dynamic range. The drone is also equipped with two dimmable 2000 lumen LEDs.

Another exciting new feature is the new replaceable battery. The M2 comes with a 99Wh battery with a usage time of 2-4 hours. If you need a longer operating time, a new 200Wh battery (not included) is also available, which extends the operating time considerably.

A feature that professionals have longed for is the ability to attach external gear to enhance the drone's functionality. M2 is now compatible with sophisticated accessories such as robotic grapple, GoPro camera, external LED lights and laser rangefinder, etc. The maximum attachable capacity is 1.5kg and meets many industry requirements.
