Victoria cast iron tortilla press, 20 cm

The authentic Victoria tortilla press is made in Colombia and is made of durable, recycled high quality cast iron. In the press you can flatten the dough into many different dishes such as empanada, naan bread, tostone, flat bread, taco, arepas and tortillas. Place a half-cut freezer bag (minigrip bag) between the press and a dough ball between them and squeeze to prevent the dough from sticking to the press. If the dough does not become flat on the first press, turn the dough and flatten it in the press several times. Fry the finished tortillas in a hot pan.

• Care instructions: A dry or lightly oiled cloth is usually sufficient for cleaning, if necessary, the press can be cleaned by hand washing. Dry the pan well with a cloth after washing and apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the surface, it will protect the press from rust.
