A new Hot Press Seamless Cover technology is used on the lining, which allows the use of PVC material on the pad without seams. It is stronger than plastic materials. It is also used on the toe of the shoe, which can be significantly lower as it does not need to be sewn and visually facilitates the entire shoe. The lining also has anatomical parts around the ankle and Achilles tendons. In addition, the anatomical insole makes the skates really comfortable.
The chassis is made using CNC technology. The chassis is attached to the frame with central bolts that allow the chassis to rotate off the axle - ideally adjusted to the skating style and the different anatomical structure of the user's foot (full leg) at the front and rear. The chassis is really light but sturdy. The axes of both skates are always screwed on from the right side, which ensures safety - they would not be twisted during skating.
The skates have a TEMPISH universal brake "S". The brake is inside the box with 4 screws. The installation of the brakes is actually very simple, there is no need to dismantle the axles and wheels. The material of the brake holder is fiberglass-reinforced nylon - really strong and durable. The brake pads are height-adjustable and made of TPR. Skates EZZA 90 are available with wheels from the RADICAL - PU molding (PUC) series, Super Hi-Rebound (SHR) are high quality wheels with very low rolling resistance and durability. Low wear on various surfaces and excellent damping of uneven surfaces ensure a comfortable ride. The wheels are rotated on high-quality, precise ABEC 9 CHROME high-precision bearings with a rubber washer. Fastened with classic laces. Above the leg is a reinforcing band with a micro buckle.
