The DIGITUS® DN-80115-1 is a compact 16-port Gigabit switch for high-performance network infrastructures with many wired end devices. With 16 × 10/100/1000Base-T ports and a switching capacity of 32 Gbps, the device offers sufficient performance reserves for parallel data transmissions at high utilization rates. The switch operates as an unmanaged Layer 2 device and requires no configuration. Auto-negotiation automatically detects speed and duplex mode, while Auto MDI/MDI-X enables the use of different cable types without manual adjustment. The non-blocking architecture combined with store-and-forward technology ensures reliable, packet-checked data forwarding. IEEE 802.3x Flow Control (Full Duplex) and Back-Pressure (Half Duplex) support stable performance even with increased network load. The fanless metal housing ensures silent operation and reduces mechanical wear parts. Thanks to its 10" compatibility (1U), the switch is particularly suitable for compact network cabinets, wall distributors or structured building cabling.
