What repayment period can I choose?
From 3 to 60 months — you choose the period yourself at checkout.
Who can apply for ESTO deferred payment?
You must be of legal age and verify your identity with an ID card, Smart-ID, Mobile-ID or ESTO password (Parool). The credit decision is returned in real time right at checkout.
Is a down payment required?
No — a 0% down payment option is available. You choose the down payment amount and the period when placing the order.
Can I repay early?
Yes, the contract can be repaid early. The exact early-repayment terms are governed by ESTO AS.

How do I verify my identity, and what if I am not ready to confirm now?
After your order is placed, ESTO asks you to authenticate using one of the methods: Mobiil-ID, Smart-ID, ID card or ESTO password (Parool). The order is created, but the deferred payment is only finalised once you have verified your identity and signed the contract. If you are not ready to confirm your identity, the deferred payment is not created — to try again you need to place a new order.
Can I create several deferred payments from one order or compare offers?
No: one order equals one deferred payment — you cannot create several from a single order. To compare the terms available to you, place separate orders — the one for which you verify your identity and sign the contract is the one that goes into processing.
Why did ESTO decline my deferred payment?
The financing decision is made by ESTO AS, not by the shop. We do not see the data you enter in the application — we only receive the answer of whether ESTO finances the purchase or not. That is why we do not know the reason for the refusal and cannot influence it. ESTO shows the possible reasons on the decision screen, and you can apply again later; for details please contact ESTO AS support. To try again, place a new order.
