Restaurant-grade alder charcoal with large pieces of charcoal. Unlike typical “gas station base coal,” large pieces of carbon burn longer and provide heat more evenly. Made of pure Baltic alder wood in accordance with the standards of sustainable forest management. The carbons are FSC certified.
