The Zortrax Inkspire 2 is a premium UV LCD 3D printer designed to handle high-quality resins in a highly automated, streamlined process. Compared to the old Inkspire, it is bigger, more powerful and better in almost every way. The Inkspire 2 and its complementary post-processing devices are rigorously validated by world-leading brands such as BASF and Henkel to ensure that the mechanical and thermal properties of each print are equal to or better than the manufacturer's specifications.
The UV LED light source, consisting of a patented 405 nm LED array and light distribution, guarantees uniform UV light across the entire platform and high optical accuracy of each pixel, regardless of how much the platform is filled. Therefore, the same high dimensional accuracy can be achieved both in the center and at the edges of the work platform.
UV coating effectively protects resins from exposure to external UV light sources and reduces vapor emissions into the environment.
The build platform can be removed and reattached in the same position. The attachment allows the build platform to be left at an angle, allowing resin to drip off after printing.
The build platform is calibrated at the factory, meaning the Inkspire 2 is ready to go out of the box. If necessary, the printer can also be calibrated by the user using a simple GUI guide. The calibration process is based on adjusting the 3 screws on the build platform.
Equipped with an easy-to-remove and attach system to facilitate positioning, as well as a system to improve the performance of the FEP membrane.
