Exfoliate or remove old tan. Wash off deodorant, perfume and makeup. Apply with hands (remember to wash them) or gloves. Apply a generous layer to dry areas: elbows, fingers, wrists, knees, ankles, feet. Allow to dry on skin and get dressed. Leave product on for 4-6 hours. For a darker tan, apply daily.
