A powerful, integrated 50 A plasma cutter is used for metal cutting. The basis of the device's operation is the latest IGBT inverter technology, which allows you to quickly change cutting, TIG AC/DC and MMA and reliably use all technical parameters. Switching from 2T to 4T mode allows you to weld extremely conveniently. The control panel allows you to set all the necessary parameters even while wearing welding gloves. The LED display makes them easy to read. In TIG mode, depending on the metal, you can weld with direct or alternating current. Alternating current (AC) can be used when processing light metals such as aluminum or titanium. On the other hand, direct current (DC) is suitable for joining more durable metals such as steel, stainless steel, copper or brass. For optimal welding results, use the pulse function . The device has a number of parameters such as starting, main or final current, set with a knob. For plasma cutting, the compressed air is set on an external pressure reducer and the current intensity is 50 A. For outdoor welding, even in strong winds, the MMA method should be used. Thanks to the stable current intensity, very good results are achieved on various metals such as steel, iron, cast iron, nickel and copper. For safety reasons, the multi-function welder has overheating protection.
