The paste is intended for soldering SMD components in manufacturing processes that do not have washing phases. Based on a No Clean type flux that does not require washing, the residues of which do not cause corrosion centers. The product works with all lead-free alloys, has good adhesion and moisture of the soldered surface. It does not lose its physical and chemical properties even after 20 hours when left on the PCB. This time depends on the conditions in the room: humidity and temperature.
