C-tech DVD-USB-AC is a sleek external DVD burner with a compact and easy-to-carry slim design with an integrated USB cable. It is a practical solution for PCs and laptops without an optical drive. The drive connects to devices via an integrated USB-C or USB-A standard USB 2.0 cable. The cable is integrated into the bottom of the drive so that it is always accessible. The entire device is powered only via this integrated USB cable. The external DVD burner allows you to read and store data on CDs, as well as DVDs with a capacity of 8.5 GB on a dual-layer disc and 4.7 GB of data on a single-layer disc. You can burn DVDs at up to 8x speed and CDs at 24x speed. In addition, the support for tray overwrite protection prevents possible problems. The DVD burner supports not only standard 12 cm CDs and DVDs, but also their 8 cm mini versions. The drive supports the Plug and Play standard, so you just need to connect it to the device and wait for the drivers to be automatically installed to use the entire drive.Specifications:Interface: USB 2.0Connector: USB A + USB CPower supply: USB portRead speed: DVD-R: 8X, DVD-RW: 6X, DVD+R: 8X, DVD+RW: 6X, CD-RW: 16X, CD-ROM: 24X, Readable DVD-RAMWrite speed: DVD-R: 8X, DVD-RW: 4X, DVD+R: 8X, DVD+RW: 4X, DVD+DL (D9): 4X, DVD-DL: 4X, CD-R: 24X, CD- RW: 16XMedia support: 12cm/8cmDimensions: 145x147x18 mmWeight: 310gMinimum requirements: Intel Pentium III and above, 512 MB or more RAM, USB port, Windows XP/7/8/10
