Tecnoeka Millennial Touch Screen Gastro combination oven with automatic washing system is a solid and modern solution for professional kitchens. It is equipped with an electronic, 7-inch (480×(H)800 mm), color TFT touch control panel. Electronic control allows you to set the desired cooking parameters very precisely. Allows you to save new and update old cooking recipes. The control menu is saved in as many as 42 languages, including: Polish and English. The 24-hour delayed oven start function will come in handy when preparing the oven or food before employees arrive at work. The door opening lock at 60°, 90°, 120° and 180° protects the operator from burns due to uncontrolled door movement when opened. The oven serves as a banquet cabinet - it maintains the serving temperature and appropriate humidity of dishes until they are served. The outer oven glass is cooled by gravity to ensure greater safety. The oven is equipped with an automatic cleaning system. 4 washing programs: eco, normal, intensive and rinse are perfectly adapted to different levels of dirt in the chamber. The preheating function allows you to preheat the oven chamber to 30°C higher than the set temperature. The 3-point temperature control probe is used to determine and measure the temperature inside the cooked product. The device has additional functions such as: Multi-stage - allows you to cook different dishes at the same time, which require the same conditions, but different heat treatment times, the process can be started at the same time and Cooldown - allows you to quickly cool the oven. in the chamber to start the next cooking process, but requires a much lower temperature.
