Ruthex threaded nuts can then be inserted into 3D printer parts such as Anycubic, Creality or Prusa using heat or ultrasound. Using the heat of a soldering iron or ultrasound, the press nuts are simply inserted into the blind or through hole.

The geometry of the threaded coupling ensures a firm hold on the printed part. The counter-spiral shaped knurled nuts provide a balanced high tightening and loosening torque as well as a high clamping force. The guide made insertion very easy.

The threaded inserts are made of the highest quality brass, which provides optimal corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. This means that each press-in nut can be used for a long time and is easy to use. Reuse of the screw-in threads is also possible by carefully removing them from the printed part when they are no longer needed.

The inserts are designed for all thermoplastics. The knurled nuts hold, for example, PLA, PETG, ABS, PPS, PP and many others. As soon as the plastic around the brass sleeve cools down and hardens again, the sleeve with internal thread is firmly attached.
