DESIGN
If you are a fan of good design, Hario Polaris is for you. The design is characterized by a minimalist, elegant and modern form. You can be sure of high-quality materials and attention to every detail. The body is made of high-quality, smooth, matte plastic.
The scales, which are suitably sized (165mm x 127mm x 28mm), can accommodate a variety of accessories for alternative brewing methods, such as a Chemex, drip jug or AeroPress.
FEATURES
Time and weight are displayed on a clear, illuminated LCD display. With an accuracy of up to 0.1 grams and a measuring range of up to 2 kilograms, these scales are very versatile. The scales are easy to operate with touch buttons. The Hario Polaris has a water measurement indicator based on set proportions. It is easy to use: set the desired coffee to water ratio, add coffee and the indicator will show the required amount of water. In addition, a percentage indicator shows how much of the required water has already been added.
Hario Polaris has three operating modes:
- manual, when the timer is started manually,
- automatic, when the timer starts automatically when the pouring begins,
- automatic + pouring indicator according to set proportions.

The device is powered by three AA batteries (included). Silicone feet prevent the device from slipping.
